Applications are invited for admission to MBA & MCA Programmes in the University departments for the academic year 2012-13.
Eligibility Criteria M B A A pass in' any degree and should have appeared for an Entrance Test conducted by TANCET/CMAT (AICTE).
MCA A pass in any recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration (10+2+3/4 years pattern) in any discipline with core Mathematics or Business Mathematics at +2 level or A pass in any recognised degree with 10+3 Years Diploma +3 years pattern with mathematics at Deiploma level or or Mathematics or statistics as on of the subject at the degree level or A pass in any recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration (10 +2 +3 pattern) in any discipline with Mathematics or Statistics as any one of the subject with TANCET score.
Candidates Studied under 10+2+3/4 Pattern alone are eligible for admission to both the Programmes
HOW TO APPLY: Application form and prospectus can be obtained either in person or by post from the Registrar from 10.04.2012 on payment of Rs.500/- for each course (Rs.250/- in the case of SC/ST candidates on production of attested photocopy of community certificate) through demand draft dated not earlier than 05.04.2012 drawn in favour of "The Registrar, Bharathiar University payable at Coimbatore". The cost of application once paid will not be refunded. Application can also be downloaded from the website: www.b-u.ac.in . and those who apply through the downloaded form should attach a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates) as application and registration fee. Students can apply through ONLINE also. However, fee in this regard will be accepted only through Bank draft or Bank of India challan.
Note: Candidates should submit their filled in applications along with TANCET/CMAT Entrance Test marks within 10 days from the date of publication of TANCET/CMAT results. Any application received after that will not be accepted.
