Two students, Jitish Bhalla and Jagjeet, who are studying in Pune, organized an awareness session for city MBA aspirants on the campus of Khalsa College for Women, which was conducted by former director of Symbiosis University and principal director at Sadhana Center for Management and Leadership Development professor M S Pillai on Saturday.
A student of postgraduation diploma in management, Jitish, who resides in Model Town said, "The topics chosen for the session were such that they helped create an awareness among students about the employability factors, which corporates (business/industry) are looking for in a fast changing dynamic business environment, criteria the institutes look for in students for enrolment in their programmes, the processes and systems by which the students are groomed to be employable or entrepreneurial."
Sharing her experience, a student of BBA-III, Pooja Julka said, "We had a brainstorming session and learnt a lot of things there. It was the first time that I attended such a big seminar."
