A total of 3,400 students out of 13,000 who registered themselves for admission into MBA and MCA courses have been granted admission so far. The admission process will end on August 16.

"Students will have to register themselves till August 16, after which, choice filling process will start and reshuffling will take place subsequently," said an official from Gujarat Technological University. Considering the mushrooming of a large number of MBA colleges, sources in GTU said, there is no likelihood of students' rush for admission as compared to MCA which has lesser number of colleges.
