I want on which basis are candidates selected at SP Jain Institute of management and research

SPJIMR offers admission on the basis of CAT 2008 or XAT 2009 or GMAT score and schedules interview processes after CAT, XAT and GMAT results are declared. The candidates found eligible for the courses are short listed, called up for interview and are judged on the basis of their academic performance and relevant work experience.
