if we are allowed to use 1,2,3 twice answer will be 6!/2!x2!x2!= 90

since we have 6 digits and we have to make 6 digit numbers. So, it's simply 6!.

but point to note is that we have replication of digits. So,

we have 6!/(2!*2!*2!) = 90
